This Notice at Collection applies to California residents and supplements the Valorem Lending LLC Privacy Policy and U.S. Consumer Financial Privacy Notice.

We may collect identifiers and contact information; government identifiers; financial, commercial, application, credit, income, employment, asset, bank, property, and transaction information; internet or other electronic network activity information; audio, call recording, and communication information; document and e-signature information; inferences drawn from personal information; and sensitive personal information, including Social Security number, driver's license or other government ID, and financial account information.

We collect and use personal information to respond to inquiries and provide customer service; take, process, underwrite, fund, close, sell, transfer, participate, securitize, service, or collect mortgage loans and related rights; verify identity, eligibility, income, assets, employment, property, occupancy, and credit information; communicate with you about your inquiry, application, loan, account, or relationship with us; prevent fraud, protect security, and troubleshoot systems; comply with legal, audit, investor, and regulatory requirements; and market our own products and services where permitted by law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legal, regulatory, audit, investor, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, enforcement, and security purposes. Retention periods vary by category and applicable obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
